I need to change the shipping address on my order
If you need to change the address on your order, you'll need to contact us as soon as possible and provide us with your full and complete address.

We always suggest including the correct address in your initial email to us. This allows us to update the shipping address immediately before your order is shipped out.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO UPDATE THE ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN FULFILLED.
Once an order is fulfilled, it is placed with hundreds or even thousands of other orders awaiting pickup by the shipping courier.
At that point, we suggest that you contact your local shipping courier to see if they can do a package intercept and redirect the package to the correct address.
What happens if my package is returned to sender or undeliverable?
In some instances, a package with the wrong address is returned to our warehouse. We can potentially have the package resent to you once your shipping address is verified.
I need to change my billing address
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the billing address once an order is placed, however, if you received a confirmation email with your order number, your order went through!
We always suggest triple checking that your information is correct before placing an order.
I need to change my email address
If your email is incorrect, this will result in you not receiving your order confirmation email. No worries!
Just contact our customer support team and we can update your email address and resend the order confirmation email!
We will need the following information to find your order:
- Your order number (if you have it)
- Your full name on the order
- Your full shipping address
- The last 4 digits used to place your order (for security reasons)
