A common misconception is that Priority Shipping means an order will be processed and shipped out faster. The truth is we separate orders into batches for different departments of our fulfillment team and do our absolute best to process orders chronologically (the order they came in).
During our launches, due to the large volume of orders we receive, this process allows optimal distribution efficiency.
Choosing Priority shipping doesn't mean your order takes priority over other orders that were placed before it.
How does Priority Shipping work?
Priority Shipping is reserved for domestic (US) packages that are 1 lb in weight and over. Domestic packages that are under 1 lb can be shipped with either Ground Advantage or Priority Shipping.
Per the USPS website:
Priority Mail® provides the sender with an option of sending mail based on weight and dimension or via Flat Rate envelopes or boxes in a fast and affordable way. In most instances, delivery is made within 1 to 3 days.
Ground Advantage™ service offers an affordable and efficient option for delivering packages within 2-5 business days, with USPS Tracking® included at no extra cost. In some instances, such as a short distance between the sender's and recipient's ZIP Codes™, delivery can occur in one day.
Both shipping methods can take between 1 to 5 business days and typically deliver packages within 2 to 3 business days.
Either way, the shipping time starts when your package is picked up by the postal courier.
For example, 2-day shipping means that, if everything goes right, you should receive your order within 2 business days after it is picked up by the postal courier. Not 2 days after you place the order.
When your order is processed, you will automatically receive an email confirmation that will have your tracking number and will allow you to track your package updates.
