If your order has already been fulfilled and assigned a tracking number, we are unable to manually update the shipping address from our warehouse. However, you may still be able to redirect your package through the courier.
Use DHL On Demand Delivery
For international orders shipped via DHL, you can manage your delivery preferences directly through their online portal. In many cases, you can request a change before the package is delivered.
Steps to redirect your package:
- Visit the DHL On Demand Delivery website.
- Select your country/location.
- Enter your tracking number to see available options, such as:
- Rescheduling the delivery date.
- Changing the delivery address to a new location.
- Arranging for pickup at a DHL Service Point or locker.
What if I can't change the address?
If the portal does not allow changes or the package is already too far along in the delivery process, please monitor the tracking closely. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, our team will process a refund for the products so you can place a new order with the correct details.
