- Your order number (ex. 10204487 or GE3347082641US)
- Item Name
- A clear photo of the following:
1. The defect as clearly as possible
2. Full-length photo of the item
3. A photo of the NVGTN logo and label
...and don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us. Just hold on to it until we can look into this matter!
PLEASE NOTE: ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
If you're reaching out about potential damage/defects in your item(s) after 90 days from your purchase date, the item(s) will be considered “wear and tear” and will not be eligible for evaluation.
If you don't have your Order Number, then unfortunately, there's not much that we can do as our system requires the order number for us to process a defect claim.
