How to prevent bunching or "camel toe"
Our leggings are made from a custom blend, stretchy material. Because of this flexibility, they require a bit of manual adjustment to ensure they sit correctly on your body and provide the intended contouring.
1. The "Pull Up" Technique
If you notice fabric buildup or bunching in the front, it is often because the material hasn't been distributed correctly.
- The Fix: Work the fabric up from your legs and shins, pulling it toward your waist and glutes. Ensure the under butt contouring lines are aligned exactly where your glutes meet your thighs. When the material is properly distributed, the front should lay flat and smooth.
2. Underwear Choice
The style of underwear you wear can significantly impact how the fabric sits. Some styles may cause the material to "grab" or bunch, while others provide a seamless look.
Our Recommendation: We designed the NVGTN Thong specifically to be worn with our leggings. It helps eliminate bunching and ensures a smooth, "no show" finish.
3. Check Your Sizing
If you have adjusted the fabric and tried different underwear but are still experiencing bunching, it may be a sizing issue:
- Too Much Fabric: If the material is gathering, you might need to size down for a more compressed fit.
- Too Much Tension: If the material is pulling uncomfortably, sizing up can provide the necessary room for the fabric to drape correctly.
