At NVGTN, we strive for perfect consistency across every batch of our seamless collection. However, due to the nature of the seamless knitting process, there can occasionally be a slight variance (typically within a 5% tolerance) in sizing, softness, or fabric thickness.
What to do if the sizing feels off
If you feel your item falls outside of this standard 5% variance, we want to look into it for you! To help our team evaluate a potential sizing inconsistency, please email us with the following:
- Order Number: The specific order where the item was purchased.
- Clear Photos: Photos of the product in question.
- Side-by-Side Comparison: If you have another pair of our leggings in the same style/size that fits correctly, a photo of the two items laid flat on top of one another or side-by-side is extremely helpful for our team to see the difference.
