If you notice a horizontal line or crease on your new leggings or joggers, please don't worry! We have confirmed with our design team that this is not a manufacturer defect.
Why does this happen?
To keep our products protected, items are folded and placed into their bags immediately after the dyeing process. Because they can sit in these bags for up to a month before arriving at your door, the pressure from being folded can create a temporary crease or "line" in the fabric.
How to remove the lines:
In almost all cases, these lines are not permanent. They should disappear completely with:
- Normal washing (following the care instructions on the label).
- Regular wear as the fabric stretches and moves with your body.
