If you notice a loose thread or a bit of extra fabric on your new gear, please don't worry! In most cases, this is not considered a manufacturer defect.
Why does this happen?
During the manufacturing and finishing process, small pieces of thread or fabric can occasionally remain attached to the seams. While we strive for perfection in every piece, these "leftover" threads are a normal part of textile production.
Is my item damaged?
No. Extra threading does not impact the functionality, durability, or overall quality of your product. Because these threads are typically just excess material from the end of a stitch, they can be easily and safely removed:
How to fix it: Simply use a pair of sharp fabric scissors to trim the extra thread close to the seam.
Will it unravel?
Trimming these surface-level excess threads will not cause the garment to come apart or compromise the strength of the seam.
Still unhappy with the item?
If you feel the threading is excessive or if you are uncomfortable trimming it yourself, we want you to love what you wear. You are always welcome to return the item for a refund or exchange.
