We take great pride in the quality of our products, but occasionally a manufacturing error can occur with the branding or sizing stamps. If you’ve received an item with a clear printing error, we want to make it right.
What is considered a "Defective" Logo?
An item is typically considered defective if the logo or size stamp meets any of the following criteria upon arrival:
- Incorrect Placement: The logo is significantly angled or slanted.
- Missing Details: Part of the logo is missing or has begun to peel/come off before the item has been worn or washed.
- Orientation Issues: The logo or stamp is printed upside down.
- Incorrect Branding: The item features a completely different logo other than the official NVGTN branding.
What is not considered a defect:
If you notice that your internal size stamp is slightly tilted, faint, or has a minor cosmetic imperfection, please rest assured that this is not considered a product defect. These minor printing inconsistencies occur occasionally during the heat-press stage of manufacturing. Because they are purely cosmetic, they do not affect the integrity, fit, or performance of your gear. Your items will still perform exactly as intended!
