At NVGTN, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery to protect against genuine manufacturing issues.
What is covered?
For an item to be eligible for a warranty claim, it must have a defect that occurred during the manufacturing process. This means the issue was present or inherent in the construction of the product before it was worn.
Examples include:
- Structural Failures: Unraveling seams or stitching issues that were present upon arrival.
- Hardware Issues: Defects in zippers or fasteners that prevent the product from functioning correctly.
- Assembly Errors: Significant issues in how the fabric panels were joined during production.
What is not covered?
Items that have been delivered for more than 90 days are considered to have undergone standard wear and tear.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Friction Damage: Pilling, snags, or holes developed through regular use, gym equipment, or abrasive surfaces.
- Laundry Mishaps: Damage caused by improper washing, high-heat drying, or harsh detergents.
- Chemical Exposure: Fading or discoloration due to personal care products (such as benzoyl peroxide) or cleaning agents.
- Fit & Usage: Damage caused by over-stretching or selecting an incorrect size.
How to file a claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect and you are within the 90-day window, please contact our customer support team with the following:
- Your order number.
- The specific date of delivery.
- Clear photos showing the defect.
Once our team verifies that the issue falls within the warranty period and is a confirmed manufacturing error, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
