Most returns are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of being delivered to our return facility. We highly suggest keeping your tracking number handy in the event that the status of your return package is needed.
If your return takes longer to process than expected, please check the tracking associated with your return to see the latest update.
The time it takes for a return to arrive at our return facility depends on a few different factors:
- The country the package is being shipped from. International packages usually take longer to get delivered due to customs and transit distance.
- Current shipping conditions that are beyond our control (Weather, delays, staffing, etc).
- The overall number of returns we receive daily.
Once your return arrives AT OUR WAREHOUSE, it goes into a queue to be processed as quickly as possible by a member of our returns team. Once again, it can take up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for it to be processed.
If your return was marked as delivered, please be patient. When it is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your return.

PLEASE NOTE: All refunds are processed to the original form of payment unless store credit is requested or you are returning a gift order.
I didn't receive a refund for an item that I returned.
Each return package is opened, inspected, and refunded by a member of our return team.
They pull up your return, select each item that is in the package, then process the refund.
If an item is not in the package, it will not be refunded and will be counted as a missing item.
