When initiating an international return, the available shipping methods and instructions depend on the selection made during the return portal process.
Standard Return Option
If the "Standard Return" option is selected, the package must be sent back using a courier of the sender's choice.
- Return Label: The label provided for a standard return contains specific information for the returns department to process the items once they arrive. It is not a prepaid shipping label and does not cover postage costs.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the package via their local courier.
Express Prepaid Return (DHL)
For a more streamlined process, the "Express Prepaid Return" option via DHL may be available.
- Prepaid Label: Selecting this option provides a DHL shipping label. The package can then be dropped off at a local DHL office or a pickup can be scheduled.
- Cost Deduction: While the label is provided upfront, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund total.
- How to Switch: If the standard option was chosen by mistake and a DHL label is preferred, a new return request must be started. Visit the International Returns Portal and select "Express Prepaid Return."
Important Considerations
Regardless of the method chosen, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the express option is not displayed in the portal for a specific region, the return must be sent back using the standard return method through a local courier.
Important Note on Standard Returns
We highly recommend using the prepaid DHL label option whenever possible. In certain situations with the standard label option, the correct return code is not applied to the shipment, which can result in duties and taxes being charged when the package arrives at our warehouse. We do not cover duties and taxes under any circumstances; therefore, these packages will be refused, and any associated fees will remain the responsibility of the sender.
