If you realize there is a mistake in your shipping address after placing an order, please act quickly. Because we aim to fulfill orders as fast as possible, there is a very small window of time where we can make adjustments.
Step 1: Check your order status
Before reaching out, check your order confirmation email.
If your order status is "Unfulfilled" and you have not received a tracking number, we may still be able to update the address.
If your order has already been "Fulfilled" or a shipping label has been created, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to the destination.
Step 2: Contact us immediately
If your order status is "Unfulfilled", please contact our customer support team with the following information in your initial email:
- Your order number.
- The full, corrected shipping address (including any apartment or suite numbers).

What happens if the order has already shipped?
Once a package is in the hands of the courier, we cannot redirect it. In these cases, we recommend:
- Contacting the courier (DHL or USPS) directly with your tracking number to see if they offer a "Package Intercept" or "Hold for Pickup" service.
- Reaching out to the current resident at the address provided to see if they can assist you.
What happens if my package is returned to sender or undeliverable?
In some instances, a package with the wrong address is returned to our warehouse. We can potentially have the package resent to you once your shipping address is verified.

I need to change my billing address
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the billing address once an order is placed, however, if you received a confirmation email with your order number, your order went through!
We always suggest triple checking that your information is correct before placing an order.
I need to change my email address
If your email is incorrect, this will result in you not receiving your order confirmation email. No worries!
Just contact our customer support team and we can update your email address and resend the order confirmation email!
We will need the following information to find your order:
- Your order number (if you have it)
- Your full name on the order
- Your full shipping address
- The last 4 digits of your payment method used to place your order (for security reasons)
