We know how disappointing it is to have an order canceled after you’ve already picked out your new items. While we always aim to fulfill every order, there are rare instances where we are unable to complete a shipment.
Why this happens
The most common reason for a full order cancellation is an inventory oversell. During high-traffic launches, our system can occasionally experience a "sync delay" where items sell out at the exact same millisecond they are being added to a cart.
Our Commitment
Please know that we exhaust all possible resources to try to send you exactly what you paid for. We perform deep dives into our warehouse stock to find every available unit. However, if we simply cannot locate the items needed to fulfill your order, we have no other option than to process a full cancellation and refund.
Refund Details
- Automatic Process: Once an order is canceled, a refund is immediately triggered back to your original form of payment.
- Timeline: It typically takes 1–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
- Next Steps: If you don't see the refund after 10 business days, we recommend reaching out to your financial institution for further assistance.
We are truly sorry for the frustration this causes. Our team is working closely with our inventory department to further refine our systems and prevent these overlaps during our upcoming launches.
