Why was an item refunded?
If any of the items in your order were refunded, it may be due to those items being oversold. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have oversold items in your orders, along with in-stock items, the oversold items may be automatically refunded from your order. Items can be oversold when the expected demand for a product is higher than anticipated, or when there's unusually high site traffic at any given time. Refunds on an order generally go back to your original form of payment within 1-5 business days.
After the oversold items are refunded from your order, the in-stock items will be shipped out as expected, unless we receive specific instructions from you to cancel or modify the order before it's processed. However, we cannot guarantee that our team will be able to make changes to the order once it is in the processing stage.
