We always recommend checking your spam folder as sometimes it may be in there.
Due to the large number of orders we receive in a short period, it can take a little longer than normal for confirmation emails to be sent out.
We also recommend waiting up to 24 hours after ordering to make sure there isn't a delay in the email being sent.
If it's not in your spam folder and you waited 24 hours for it, then please let us know.
Information that helps us find your order:
- Your email address or another email address that you may have used by accident.
- Your first and last name on the order
- Your address that the order was shipped to.
With this information, we'll check our system to find your order.
In the event that your email address was entered incorrectly, we can update it and resend the order confirmation email!
