Yes, you may be able to cancel your order if it has not been processed by our warehouse yet.
You can request to cancel your order if:
You have received your order confirmation email
You have NOT received a shipping confirmation email yet
This means your order has not been processed or shipped.
Your order can not be cancel if it's been:
Processed by our warehouse
Shipped (you received a tracking email)
If you have not received a tracking email yet, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and we will check if cancellation is still possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
NOTE: We are unable to guarantee cancellations, as orders are processed quickly after being placed.
