During a Launch
During major launches, promotions, and sales events, order volume is significantly higher than usual.
Because of this, processing and shipping times may be extended up to 2–3 weeks before your order is dispatched.
Orders are processed in the order they are received, and we are unable to expedite processing during these periods.
We appreciate your patience as our team works to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Outside of a Launch
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Once your order has been packed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Regardless of when your order is placed, please remember that the shipping time frame selected during checkout begins once your package is with the shipping courier, not at the time of order placement.
Why might there be a delay?
Even outside of a launch, a slight delay in fulfillment can occur for the following reasons:
- High seasonal volume: During holidays or promotional weekends, processing may take slightly longer than 5 business days.
- Verification requirements: Occasionally, an order may be flagged for address verification or payment security, which can pause the fulfillment process until the information is confirmed.
- Courier pickup schedules: Our warehouse operates on business days. Orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
What is the status of my order?
If you want to get the most up-to-date status on your NVGTN order, please click on the blue "View your order" button in your order confirmation email that was sent to you when the order was placed. (The image below is an example.)
By clicking on the "View your order" button, you will be directed to a dedicated order status page.
This page displays the same information that our customer support team has access to in our system. It's the quickest and most reliable way to stay informed about the progress of your order.
As soon as there are any updates to your order, such as shipping, delivery, or any changes in status, the order status page will be updated accordingly. So, be sure to check this page regularly to stay in the loop.
If your order status says "Unfulfilled," it simply means our team is still preparing your items for shipment.
I placed my order right after the launch started or right after a friend's order was placed
During launch time, we receive thousands of orders by the minute. Placing an order minutes after the 10am EST launch time or within minutes of someone you know can make a significant difference in fulfillment time.
When to contact customer support
If your order has not been fulfilled after 7 business days during a non-launch period, please reach out to our customer support team. Please provide your order number so we can investigate the delay and ensure your package is on its way to you.
