During a Launch
For orders placed during our launch week, we ask that you give our fulfillment team 2-3 weeks to have all of the orders fulfilled. Our team works around the clock to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we sincerely appreciate your patience.
Outside of a Launch
Outside of a launch, most orders are fulfilled within 1 week, however, due to influxes in order volume, please allow between 1-2 weeks for our fulfillment team to fulfill your order.
Regardless of when your order is placed, as a reminder, the shipping time frame selected during checkout begins once your package is in the hands of the shipping courier and not when your order is placed.
What is the status of my order?
If you want to get the most up-to-date status on your NVGTN order, please click on the blue "View your order" button in your order confirmation email that was sent to you when the order was placed. (The image below is an example.)
By clicking on the "View your order" button, you will be directed to a dedicated order status page.
This page displays the same information that our customer support team has access to in our system. It's the quickest and most reliable way to stay informed about the progress of your order.
As soon as there are any updates to your order, such as shipping, delivery, or any changes in status, the order status page will be updated accordingly. So, be sure to check this page regularly to stay in the loop.
I placed my order right after the launch started or right after a friend's order was placed
During launch time, we receive thousands of orders by the minute. Placing an order minutes after the 10am EST launch time or within minutes of someone you know can make a significant difference in fulfillment time.
What if I paid for faster shipping?
The shipping time displayed at checkout begins once your package is picked up by the shipping courier. For instance, if you see 2-day shipping, it means the shipping time begins once the courier has your package.
