We understand that you may place multiple orders and wish to have them shipped together. Our ability to combine orders depends on your location and the current status of your shipment.
Domestic Orders (USA)
If you have placed multiple domestic orders, we can often combine them if they have not yet reached the fulfillment stage. Please note the following:
- Timing: Once an order has been fulfilled or a shipping label has been created, we are no longer able to combine it with another purchase.
- The Process: If we are able to combine your orders, you will receive updated confirmation emails for all affected orders, which will then share the same tracking number for your convenience.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders for our international customers. This is due to strict international customs regulations and the specific documentation required for each individual order.
- Separate Processing: Each international order must be processed and shipped separately to ensure accurate tracking, proper customs clearance, and timely delivery.
- Shipping Fees: Because international shipping fees are paid directly to the courier for the specific weight and documentation of each individual package, these costs cannot be merged or refunded.
