Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information.
As your order moves through the transit process from our warehouse to your delivery location, you should receive multiple emails along the way.
These emails include:
- In transit
- Out for Delivery
Your tracking information should update as the shipping courier scans the package in their system throughout the shipping process.
If your package was scanned as delivered, however, you haven't received it, please know that sometimes shipping couriers scan a package as delivered before it actually arrives. We always recommend waiting up to 5 business days before contacting us.
If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after being marked as delivered, please send us an email.
