We know how frustrating it is to see a "Delivered" status when your products haven't arrived yet! It is quite common for couriers (especially USPS) to scan a package as delivered when it is still in the final stages of transit.
In most cases, the package will turn up within a few days. We kindly ask that you wait at least 5 business days from the "delivered" scan before we initiate an official investigation.
Recommended Steps
While you wait, we suggest checking these common spots where delivery drivers may place products for safety:
- Mailbox & Parcel Lockers: Check for a key in your regular mailbox; often, larger products are placed in a community locker.
- Hidden Spots: Check around the porch, garage, exterior doors, or behind bushes to protect the package from weather or theft.
- Front Office: If you live in an apartment or gated community, check with the leasing office or property manager.
- Neighbors: Occasionally, products are accidentally delivered to a nearby neighbor.
What if it still hasn't arrived?
If your package has not arrived after 5 full business days from the delivery scan, please contact us again.
Note: If you suspect your package was stolen and decide to file a police report, please provide us with the report number, as this greatly assists our internal investigation.
