We want to make it as easy as possible for you to track your order. If you are wondering where your package is, following these steps will help you find the most up-to-date information.
Step 1: Locate your order confirmation
Every successful order triggers an automated confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.
- Search your inbox: Look for an email from NVGTN.
- Check your spam/junk folder: Sometimes these emails are filtered incorrectly by email providers.
- Verify your email address: If you cannot find a confirmation anywhere, it is possible there was a typo in the email address provided at checkout. If you suspect this happened, please contact our support team so we can correct your information and resend your receipt.
Step 2: Check for a tracking email
Once our warehouse team packs your order and creates a shipping label, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number.
- Found a confirmation but no tracking? This means your order is still in our queue and has not been fulfilled yet. Our team is working hard to get it ready for you.
- Tracking says "Label Created"? This means we have packed your order and it is currently waiting for the courier to pick it up from our facility.
Why might my package be delayed?
Fulfillment times can vary depending on several factors:
- Launch Windows: During new releases, processing can take up to 3 weeks due to extremely high volume.
- Backordered Items: If an item in your order is on backorder, the entire shipment is held until that item is back in stock.
- Standard Processing: Outside of launches, please allow 2 to 5 business days for fulfillment.
Step 3: Monitor your tracking updates
After a package is picked up by the courier, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to show its first update.
If your tracking information has been issued but has not shown any movement or updates for more than 7 days, please contact our customer support team. Please include your order number so we can look into the status of your shipment with the courier.
