If you are having trouble applying your gift card or store credit at checkout, it is likely being entered into the wrong field. Gift card codes and discount codes are processed differently in our system.
Gift Card codes will not work if entered into the "Discount Code" field.
How to Apply Your Gift Card Correctly
To ensure your balance is applied to your order, please follow these steps:
- Proceed to Checkout: Do not attempt to enter the code in the initial shopping cart view.
- Navigate to the Payment Page: After entering your shipping information, look for the payment section.
- Click the Gift Card Link: Look for the text that asks, "Would you like to use your Gift Card?"
- Enter Your Code: Click that link to reveal the specific Gift Card text field, enter your code, and click apply.
