Why this happens
During high traffic launches or restocks, our system can sometimes experience a "sync delay." This happens when many customers checkout at the exact same millisecond, causing an item to be sold just as the final unit leaves our inventory.
Our Process
Please know that we exhaust all possible resources to ensure we send you exactly what you paid for. We cross check our warehouse partitions and physical stock to find every available unit. In the rare event that we simply cannot locate the item to fulfill your request, we have no other option but to process a refund for that specific product so you aren't charged for something you won't receive.
Refund Details
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 1–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- The Rest of Your Order: If you ordered multiple items, the remainder of your order will still be processed and shipped as planned.
- Shipping Costs: If the refunded item was the only item in your order, any shipping fees paid will also be fully refunded.
